Misses' Top & Skirt:

Very loose fitting, pullover, blouson top, dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, back neck slit with button/loop, front tucks, side opening, lower band with ties and cap or long sleeves. Straight skirt, below mid-knee, waistband, back zipper and vent

Size    16:

Bust   38 inches / 97 cm

Waist 30 inches / 76 cm

Hip    40 inches / 102 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Pattern envelope has a tape mark and some pencil markings.
