Pro-tips
How to apply:
STEP 1: Using the sharpened tip of a darker MAGNETIC LUMINOUS EYE COLOR pencil, apply it to the outer crease of each eye and along the lash lines.
STEP 2: Smudge with a stippling brush or the pads of your fingers to soften and blend the shimmering color.
STEP 3: Add a lighter MAGNETIC LUMINOUS EYE COLOR pencil to the inner corner, center of your eyelid and highest point of your brow bone to add a little extra glow and oomph to your look.
STEP 4: Complete the look with an all-over face glow, using the LUMINOUS EYE COLOR pencil as a cream highlighter stick. Draw in lines along the high points of your face and blend upwards using your fingertips.
